Tested by experts: Surviving the toughest criteria
piqlFilm has been tested by e.g. the Norwegian Institute for Energy Technology (IFE) to withstand some of the most extreme conditions, including radiation. As the only storage medium – of many tested, data on the piqlFilm was still accessible and readable after being exposed to total accumulated radiation dose of 890 kGy (890 000 Gy).
