O INÍCIO DO DATA-ON-FILM
Através do documentário ""Digital Dilemma"" pela Academia de Artes e Ciências Cinematográficas (2007), aprendemos que Hollywood corre o risco de perder produções digitais devido à falta de tecnologias de armazenamento de longo prazo. Como especialistas no campo, sabíamos que o filme tem propriedades únicas de longevidade e segurança. Vimos os benefícios potenciais - para muitas indústrias - se conseguíssemos converter filme analógico em um meio de armazenamento digital. O conceito ""data-on-film"" foi fundado.
